We kicked things off by diving deep into Gen Z’s world, tapping into our network to get the inside scoop on what moves them. We analysed how they consume digital content and spotted key drivers in the beauty scene. The aim was to keep it culturally on point and hit them with something that feels fresh and innovative.

INNOVATION

We came through with an immersive AR platform, “Kylie Virtual World,” hosted on Boots.com. Designed digital screens and 3D rooms where users could dive into the Kylie Cosmetics line, virtually trying products. It was a perfect blend of culture-driven insights and next-level tech, creating a shopping experience like no other.

IMPACT

The AR experience pulled in 25,500 unique visitors, with 71% exploring multiple rooms. Engagement levels were sky-high thanks to the interactive features, leading to a 5% purchase rate. This proved that when insights meet creativity, you don’t just engage — you convert.
