Studio Blup Ltd Refunds and Returns Policy
Online Purchases: Not thrilled with your online order? If the goods are in perfect, original saleable condition (tags attached, original packaging), you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Remember to include a completed returns form with your items.
UK customers, you’ve got additional rights. You can cancel online orders up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Just send us a cancellation form or email us at email@example.com within this timeframe. Again, items should be returned in their original condition within 14 days.
All online returns should be sent to our London address: 96 Netherby Park, Weybridge, KT130AG, UK. You’re responsible for return shipping charges for non-faulty items. We recommend using recorded or registered post for your protection.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of underwear or swimwear unless they’re faulty or not as described (see “Faulty Items”).
Exchanges: Want to exchange? Simply return the original item as per our policy and, subject to availability, place a new order online.
Refund Payments: Online refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note, we may reduce refunds for items that show signs of use.

Faulty Items: Got an item that’s faulty or not as described? You can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we may repair or replace it before issuing a refund. This policy excludes items discounted due to known faults.
